Ingredients
- 8 oz noodles
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili paste
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 cup shredded carrot and cucumber
Instructions
- Cook noodles as directed.
- Whisk sauce ingredients with warm water to loosen.
- Toss noodles with sauce and vegetables.
